TM Watch Service
Registration doesn't automatically protect you from copy-cats. Our TM Watch service continuously monitors new filings on IP India and alerts you to conflicting applications so you can oppose in time.
What is TM Watch Service?
A Trademark Watch (or TM Watch) is an ongoing monitoring service that scans new trademark applications published in the Trade Marks Journal and IP India's database for marks that are identical or deceptively similar to yours. The opposition window is only 4 months from the date of publication — missing it permanently bars you from opposing.
