A professional engagement begins only upon: (a) written confirmation of scope and fees from Pleader Pro, and (b) payment of the agreed fee or retainer. Browsing the website, using our free calculators, or submitting the consultation form does not constitute engagement of our services or create a professional-client relationship.

4. Client Obligations

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform the services.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all documents and figures you share with us.
• You agree to pay fees as agreed in your engagement letter within the stipulated time.
• Delays caused by your failure to provide required documents or information may result in late filings for which Pleader Pro shall not be liable.
